3- Electrical section: All cables are built-in and connected to each other from inside the chassis, creating a hidden electrical network in this unit. This electrical network is designed and placed to provide electricity to 4 main parts of the device:
A – Light and lighting system that has a 360-degree movement for full lighting with its 3-jointed arm.
B- The compressor of the device, which is responsible for supplying the air pressure required by the pneumatic equipment of the unit.
C- The suction system, which has a completely separate electric motor and continues to work despite the problems in the pneumatic system of the device.
D- Two jacks for changing the position of the unit with foot control pedals help the dentist to keep the patient in the best position at any moment.
These four electric parts are also activated with a city 220 volt power input with 4 amps and are controlled by a power distribution board for optimal power distribution and health and safety during work.
4-Pneumatic section: One of the most important parts of the unit is that all the therapeutic handpieces are controlled and activated by this part. All the air pressure needed by this part is supplied by a quality air compressor without noise and oil, with proper aeration pressure and A++ grade electricity consumption.
All the wind transmission network is hidden inside the chassis of the device, and the wind pipes are all made of high-quality and durable pp material with different diameters suitable for each part. The therapeutic handpieces are also designed and manufactured by bright colored rubber telephone hoses for full and comfortable use by doctors, which are connected to the handpieces with high quality brass alloy fittings from the main air pressure network.
In addition to the pneumatic part, it also has the water pressure control required by the device and the discharge of treatment effluent, both of which have very high quality tanks with a long-term warranty.
All pneumatic pipes and hoses of the device have the ability to withstand and transmit pressure far higher than the water and wind pressure required by the unit, which increases their useful life and the unit, and if the device is serviced on time, the said pipes will last until the end of the term. 5- Seat and cover: The seat of this unit itself has 4 separate parts that are assembled with adjustable and steel joints and make the whole seat:
A- Floor: which is placed in the middle part and adjusted to the desired height by a jack.
B- Support: This section is as big as the floor section, which is also adjusted by a separate jack in the best case.
C – Footrest: This part is located at the lower end of the seat and is placed on the floor when the device is folded.
D- Back of the head: This part is the smallest part of the chair, which is designed for the comfort of the patient and of course the need of the doctor, which is adjusted by the same jack of the support part and at the same time.
